Termination of labour contract

What

There are different possibilities:

• Termination of the employment due to a limited contract (e.g. labour contract for 6 months),
• Termination of the employment due to the worker resignation,
• Termination of the employment due to the company decision.

Anyway, there are much more things have to be taken into account. Contact the chamber of commerce and industries (Industrie- und Handelskammer) or a lawyer.
